Really glad to hear that :) Well, I didn't include any possible solutions since I can't see a clear one myself. It's so easy to get dragged into the positive validation game and once you're in, nothing is wrong with the world anymore.

So maybe the first step is to call it out, be more sincere and direct with the feedback we give. Maybe more maturity in receiving it would also shift the discussion.

At the same time, there might be underlying issues I didn't go through at all. I have an assumption that the success shared by bigger accounts ran by designers working in the field is associated with those few carousels and shiny posts, missing the hard work behind. It all falls apart right from the start, thinking that a few "easy" steps can bring them fancy jobs, tons of clients and fame...

I was thinking while answering, what if posts would have labels like "not validated with people" , "basic advice" , "NNg post" . Probably silly anyway :)
